General and Bariatric Surgery

Ashley Bradshaw, MD, attended medical school at Creighton University College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her general surgery residency at Texas Health Harris Methodist Fort Worth and a bariatric and advanced minimally invasive surgery fellowship at The University of Texas Houston’s Bariatric Medical Institute of Texas in San Antonio.

Internal Medicine, Medical Weight Loss

Adlene Jebakumar, MD, is board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine. She earned her medical degree from Tirunelveli Medical College in India and completed her internal medicine residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Jebakumar utilizes her specialized training in obesity medicine to provide medical weight-loss care at Hendrick Body and Wellness.

Medical Weight Loss

Andrea Levrets, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Hardin-Simmons University. She is board certified with the American Academy of Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Since practicing as an FNP, Andrea has healthcare experience in a variety of clinical areas including internal medicine, infectious disease and geriatrics. At Hendrick Body and Wellness, Andrea is committed to building a strong relationship and supporting her patients on their weight loss journey.
