Can I afford bariatric surgery?

At Hendrick Body and Wellness, we offer a variety of payment options for weight-loss surgery.

Insurance

We accept most insurances, including Medicare. To find out if you have weight-loss surgery coverage, contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.  

Cash pay

We offer cash pay prices for those not using insurance. With this option, you can receive a discount on bundled services. This pricing bundles many of the services you may need for your weight-loss journey, such as hospital stay, dietary consultations and clinic charges. Payment Options for Cash Price

Patients have the option to put 30% down on the clinic fees and 30% down on the hospital facilities fee prior to bariatric surgery. After surgery, you will be enrolled in a six-month payment plan. At the end of the six months, the full balance will be due.
*Payment plan and percentage down option will only be available for a limited time. Private insurance will not be billed for these services. Patient is responsible to know their insurance benefits and coverage prior to electing cash option.

Financing

Financing is a way to pay for your weight-loss treatments over time. For financing, we offer:

The CareCredit health and wellness credit card is a flexible way to pay for procedures, deductibles, co-pays and other out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance. With CareCredit, you can take advantage of special financing on every purchase of $200 or more.
