We accept most insurances, including Medicare. To find out if you have weight-loss surgery coverage, contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.  

Cash pay

We offer cash pay prices for those not using insurance. With this option, you can receive a discount on bundled services. This pricing bundles many of the services you may need for your weight-loss journey, such as hospital stay, dietary consultations and clinic charges. Financing is a way to pay for your weight-loss treatments over time. For financing, we offer:
